- Diabetes Education and Management:
- Services provided by Registered Dietitians, Registered Nurse Educators and Registered Chiropodist
- Supporting individuals living with pre-diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes with management of food intake, insulin or medication and physical activity
- Chiropody:
- Supporting the foot health of individuals diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes by addressing issues such as neuropathy diabetes, corns, callus, foot pain, etc.
