The online appointment booking is only available for registered clients of Vaughan Community Health Centre Family Doctor and Nurse Practitioner . Registered clients of Vaughan Community Health Centre who have a blood work requisition can also book online appointment for blood work.
At present, appointment types and times available for online booking are limited. When booking an appointment, please select your primary health care provider and the appointment time.
